Their Mission is to help families and individuals in Spotsylvania County with emergency needs such as electricity, water and kerosene/propane for heating the home. Clients are referred to SECA by the Department of Social Services, churches, schools and other organizations. They also have a thrift store open to all with clothing and other household items.
